Carrying the Torch is the ACLU of Indiana’s biannually published newsletter. Carrying the Torch attempts to keep ACLU of Indiana members, as well as the community at large, abreast of state and national civil liberties developments, and in turn, the work the ACLU does in defense of liberties guaranteed to all citizens by the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Indiana Constitution.
