The ACLU of Indiana supports SB 168 and HB 1071, which would remove the barrier for students who attended high school in Indiana from paying in-state tuition at the state’s public colleges and universities simply because they are undocumented. These bills recognize the contributions and potential of all students, ensuring equitable access to higher education and fostering a stronger, more inclusive community.
