The ACLU of Indiana has been defending civil liberties since 1953. We are dedicated to defending individual rights and preserving liberties that are grounded in the United States and Indiana Constitutions and civil rights laws through public education, litigation, and advocacy efforts.

Staff Attorney

The ACLU of Indiana’s Staff Attorney works alongside three expert litigators and a dynamic support team to conduct exceptional legal advocacy on behalf of Hoosiers.

Communications Associate

The ACLU of Indiana’s Communications Associate’s role is to assist the Communications team in implementing strategies to move people to take positive action in support of civil liberties.
