Pregnancy Accommodations

This bill would have codified a section of the Pregnancy Fairness Workers Act in Indiana code and reaffirms federal law granting pregnant workers the right to reasonable accommodations on the job, further ensuring that Hoosiers no longer have to choose between their paycheck and a healthy pregnancy.
