SB 275 would make common-sense reforms to Indiana’s near-total abortion ban, including relicensing abortion clinics, removing time limitations on the “abortion pill,” and providing safeguards for the health of minors in state care.
The ACLU of Indiana is fighting to fully restore reproductive freedom to Hoosiers. Until we win that fight, bills like SB 275 increase safety and health for women statewide.
